Breast health, in general, is something that women can have concerns about, but following a few simple and basic principles can allow you to absolutely have optimally healthy breasts for your entire life. Wearing a bra seriously restricts the way breasts can move naturally and it also restricts lymphatic drainage. One way our bodies eliminate toxins is by sweating and especially sweating under the arms, but when you use antiperspirants, they then block this route and these toxins end up accumulating in the breast tissue, especially in your lymph nodes and around the fatty tissue in the breast area.
Deodorants also get absorbed into the bloodstream along with a wide spectrum of dangerous chemicals they usually contain. These toxins can then create the perfect foundation and environment for cell mutations, and for cancers to develop. Most commercial antiperspirants and deodorants are full of aluminium and carcinogenic chemicals, as well as a whole host of other chemicals that harm the endocrine system, and disrupt your hormonal balance.
Bras, are also usually made from petroleum-based chemicals like nylon, polyester, rayon and plastic, and are treated with a numerous range of nasty chemicals, which are carcinogenic and or teratogenic [an agent or factor that causes malformation of an embryo] and they also get absorbed into the bloodstream transdermally [through the skin]. Man-made clothing also contains heavy metals. Some padded bras can contain padding that may have been treated with flame retardant chemicals, anti-mould chemicals and anti-bacterial chemicals but you won’t be able to find this out on any label, as the manufacturer doesn’t have to declare this.
Then, when you have an underwired bra, these wires within the bra work as little antennas that absorb the highly harmful electromagnetic radiation in your environment, especially from Wi-Fi and mobile phones, directly into the breasts and this is also exponentially magnified when you’re flying in an aeroplane. Also, a 7-hour flight is the equivalent of getting 24 x-rays. If you feel the need to wear a bra and for some ladies this is a must, it’s best to wear one that’s made out of organic cotton, organic hemp or organic bamboo if available, but as soon as you get the opportunity, it’s best to remove it.
Studies have also shown that wearing a bra to bed can increase your risk of getting breast cancer. If possible, swap your underwired bra for one that uses plastic instead, but be careful it’s not just wire that has been coated in plastic. Also, massaging your breasts for just a few minutes daily can really help to increase blood flow, mobilise any toxins and naturally promote healthy breasts. For anyone wanting to have a breast scan, it’s essential to always avoid cancer-causing mammograms. Choose safe, non-invasive options like thermography or ultrasound.
Women whose work is highly stressful, also have a 40% increased risk of developing heart disease. Interestingly, women who made love once or twice a week, doubled the amount of good estrogen in their bodies, so love and passion will make you live longer, especially if you have an honourable purpose in life. Another area of major concern for women’s health is breast implants. This is because the immune system recognises these as foreign to the body and so it puts an increased burden on the immune system, which is constantly working overtime to try and eliminate
them. Breast feeding will also significantly reduce your risk of breast cancer. Women who consume dairy products also have a 44% greater risk of developing ovarian cancer.
